Transforace – Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 October 2026 · Transforace for iPhone (App Store: com.harliogames.transforace)
This privacy policy explains how Transforace, a racing game for iPhone developed and published by HarlioGames, handles information. It applies only to Transforace; other HarlioGames games and the harliogames.com website have their own privacy notices. The policy can also be read inside the game, without an internet connection, under SETTINGS › PRIVACY POLICY.
Who we are
Transforace is developed and published by HarlioGames (“HarlioGames”, “we”, “us”). Under data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), HarlioGames is the data controller only for the limited personal data described under “If you contact us”.

Information stored on your device
To make the game work, Transforace saves the following only on your device, in storage that iOS reserves for the app:
- Settings: music and effects volume, steering sensitivity, steering mode (joystick, buttons or tilt), auto-accelerate, the vibration setting, graphics quality, and whether you have already seen the tutorial.
- Your best race time.
- The paint colour you chose for each of the six vehicle forms in the HarlioGarage.
- Technical values of the Unity game engine: Unity may keep a random installation and session identifier and a session count in the same app storage. They are not linked to you or to your device’s identifiers, the game does not use them, and they never leave your device.
None of this includes your name, contact details, location, photos, contacts or device identifiers, and none of it is sent to us.
Information we do not collect
- No account, sign-in or registration of any kind, and no Game Center or iCloud features.
- No name, email address, phone number or other contact details from within the game.
- No location, contacts, photos, media, files, camera or microphone access.
- No advertising identifier (Apple’s IDFA) or other device identifiers, and no tracking: the game does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. The game contains no advertising.
- No analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services. Unity’s online services, such as Unity Analytics, Cloud Diagnostics and performance reporting, are switched off.
- No in-app purchases or payment information. The paints in the HarlioGarage are free.
Motion sensor and permissions
If you choose tilt steering, the game reads your iPhone’s motion sensor (accelerometer) while you race, only to steer your vehicle. The readings are used on the device at that moment and are never stored or sent.
The game asks for no permissions. It does not ask for access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, the local network or tracking. The motion sensor needs no permission on iPhone, and the game does not vibrate on iPhone.
Third-party components and services
Transforace is built with the Unity game engine (Unity Technologies). The engine runs entirely on your device; because the game has no online features and Unity’s online services are switched off, it does not send data to Unity, Apple or anyone else. The game contains no advertising, analytics, social-media or payment SDKs.
When you download Transforace from the App Store, Apple processes information about your Apple Account, the download and your device under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may give us aggregated usage statistics and crash reports for the game through App Store Connect; we use them only to find and fix problems.
If you test a pre-release version through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple shares with us the information described in its TestFlight terms, for example the email address you were invited with and any feedback, screenshots or crash reports you choose to send. We use it only to test and improve the game.
If iCloud Backup or a computer backup is turned on, iOS may include the game’s settings in your device backup. Backups are managed by Apple and your device settings; we cannot access them.
The game contains one link: to this privacy policy (SETTINGS › PRIVACY POLICY › OPEN ONLINE). It opens in your web browser only when you tap it, and the game adds no data to the address. That visit is covered by the harliogames.com website privacy notice, not by the game.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we have no access to the information the game stores on your device. Because the game shares no data, no analytics provider, advertising network, third-party SDK or related company receives user data from it.
Data security
Because the game does not send data, no game data is held on our servers. On your device, the game’s data is kept in app-specific storage that iOS isolates from other apps. Anyone who can use your unlocked device may be able to see or change it, so we recommend protecting your device with a passcode. Email you send us is handled by our email provider, which uses standard encryption in transit where the sending provider supports it.
Data retention and deletion
- Data stored by the game stays on your device until you delete it.
- To delete it, delete the app (touch and hold the Transforace icon › Remove App › Delete App). This permanently removes your settings, best time and paint choices from the device. “Offload App” keeps the game’s data.
- Copies in an iCloud or computer backup can be managed or deleted in your Apple Account and backup settings.
- The game collects nothing, so there is no consent to withdraw inside the game.
- If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to answer and resolve your request, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to write or attach. We use this only to reply to you and to resolve your request. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your message (GDPR Article 6(1)(f); KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). Our email provider may process messages on servers located outside your country, including outside Türkiye and the EU.
Children’s privacy
Transforace is made for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children: it has no accounts, chat, social features, advertising or online features. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK), KVKK (Türkiye) and US state privacy laws give you rights over your personal data: to access, correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority — in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EU or UK your local supervisory authority. Because Transforace does not collect personal data, these rights mainly concern email you have sent us.
To exercise any of these rights, email us; we reply within 30 days: info@harliogames.com
Changes to this policy
If the game’s data practices change — for example if a future version adds online features — we will update this policy before that version is released, publish it at this address and change the effective date above. Version 1.12.0 of the game contains a copy of this policy dated 23 October 2026; it describes the same data practices.
