Transforace is a racing game for iPhone by HarlioGames in which your machine transforms on the way from a coastal highway to the Moon. It is coming soon to the App Store. If something does not work, or you have a question or an idea, write to us by email. There is no form on this page and nothing is collected here.

To help us find the problem quickly, please include:
- your iPhone model and its iOS version,
- the game version (shown on the game’s App Store or TestFlight page),
- what you did and what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

The game does not start or crashes
- Close the game completely and open it again. If it keeps happening, restart your iPhone.
- Install the latest version of the game.
- Make sure your iPhone has some free storage space.
- On an older iPhone, choose a lower graphics quality in SETTINGS › GRAPHICS.
- Still a problem? Email us your iPhone model, iOS version and game version.
Settings and saves
- Your settings, your best race time and the paint you chose for each vehicle form in the HarlioGarage are saved automatically, only on your iPhone.
- There is no account or cloud save, so they cannot be moved to another phone and we cannot restore them.
- Updating the game keeps them. Deleting the app deletes them.
- An iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone may keep a copy.
Controls
- Steer with the on-screen joystick, with buttons or by tilting your iPhone: choose in SETTINGS › STEERING and set SENSITIVITY there.
- When the course asks for it, TRANSFORM changes your machine into the next form; NITRO gives a boost and BRAKE slows down.
- AUTO ACCELERATE can be turned on or off in SETTINGS.
Sound
- Music (MUSIC) and effects (SFX) have their own volume in SETTINGS.
- Check your iPhone’s volume and whether Silent Mode is on.
- The game does not vibrate on iPhone, so the VIBRATION setting has no effect there.
Privacy and personal data
Transforace collects no personal data: it has no accounts, advertising, analytics or online features. The full privacy policy is also inside the game (SETTINGS › PRIVACY POLICY). If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you have any other privacy question or request, write to us with the subject “Privacy”.
Common questions
- Does the game need the internet? No. It works without a connection and has no online features.
- Are there ads or in-app purchases? No. The HarlioGarage paints are free.
- Which languages? The game’s menus are in English; the privacy policy inside the game is in English and Turkish.
